Migraines manifest because we expect them

As we learned in Episode 2, migraines are primarily caused through our thoughts — and not our genes. We suffer from migraines because we are responsible for manifesting them. We do that by creating the expectation of getting them. An expectation is an event or an occurrence we create with our thoughts by predicting it to happen. By giving energy to that prediction repeatedly, we invite it into our lives. The more we feed that prediction with our thoughts — the more it is likely to happen.
To help us understand how we manifest our migraines by expecting them to happen, let us look at a common example from the conventional world. Before winter even begins, every October and November, pharmacies fill their windows with drugs such as pills, vaccines, and cold medicine. The message is everywhere — health professionals warn us, ads flood our screens, and people around us start talking about the fact that the season of sickness is approaching. That is how the conditioning works. We hear and see it so often that we stop questioning it. And as a result, we generate thought patterns that support that reality. And as a consequence, we expect it. We get sick because we predict we will get sick through our thoughts.
Daniel, the creator of Pure Love World Life Coaching, witnessed this conditioning firsthand when he was ten years old. Some kids at school were already expecting it — saying to him that the season of sickness is approaching. And they said it with so much conviction, as if it were already decided. His response was: yes — for you. Not for me. I do not have the time to get sick. And for that reason, to this day, Daniel is never sick — with some rare exceptions.
That is the power of thought. Thought is the power that creates our reality. If not, what then? Whether our thought patterns are negative or positive, they inevitably manifest into our lives. That is because the reality in which we exist is governed by laws. Pure Love World Life Coaching is built on the 6 primary laws that govern reality. Implementing these laws within our choices produces well-being and solves our health conditions.
The same mechanism applies to migraines. When we are conditioned to believe they are inevitable, we begin to think accordingly. We generate thought patterns that cultivate migraines in our lives. The conditioning starts at the mental level, spreads to the emotional level, and finally reaches the physical level. That is the cycle of ill-being. And once the cycle of ill-being is anchored in our being, we become subject to the multidirectional cascade of ill-being.
